This is a special lecture about the theory behind nearly effortless swimming. Wear a swimsuit if you'd like to get in the pool for the last 30 minutes and try out what we've been discussing. There will also be pointers about proper running technique.

Add some adventure to your life

The class which follows in June will begin with 20 to 30 minutes of teaching and sharing followed by instruction in one of the three disciplines of triathlon: swimming, running and biking. We’ll spend considerable time teaching you to swim really well. How to run fast and easy with as little stress on the body as possible. The teaching sessions will also cover strength training, stretching, nutrition and the technical knowledge necessary to complete a triathlon successfully. In between classes you will be expected to train as a triathlete. It will be manageable training appropriate to your level of development. But you will have to summon the discipline to follow through. You do not have to be fit to begin with. But you will become an athlete.
