The Rules:

You must include a valid email address. If there's no email address the request gets deleted. Yes, you may someday get an email from me, maybe once or twice a year. I send one out if a new CD is available or if I'll be playing a show near you. You can always unsubscribe. I have never sold an email address and never will.

Please use proper capitalization when filling out your address.

I can only send out the free CD to the USA and Canada. Sending it overseas becomes prohibitively expensive, both in time and money.
