The Free CD Request Is Sent
Sometimes I get deluged, in which case it can take several days to get to your request. Most times the CD goes out with the next mail pickup.
In case you're wondering, it costs about $2 to send out the CD. That includes duplicating the CD, the mailer and the postage. Canada costs a dollar more for postage. Yes, when lots of people order, this can get expensive. You now have the chance to make a donation to help cover expenses around here. You are not obligated to do so. Your CD will not go out one wit sooner if you do donate. And if you're hard up for cash, don't even consider it—my pleasure to help out. But if you're feeling flush:
$2.50 covers U.S. costs plus the processing fee for making the donation.
The reason I don't just send the CD with booklet and case is that the bare bones cost is then around $5. If you believe in supporting musicians in what they do and decide to contribute anything $5 or above, then the CD you receive will include the case and the booklet, and my undying gratitude.
